We are looking for an experienced Product Brand Manager to join our Marketing team who is passionate about uncovering consumer insights and delivering innovative marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded marketer with outstanding analytic and strategic skills who can generate strategies that grow market share and brand reputation, improve customer experience, and drive growth. This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities for accounting products, including campaign design and execution, product management and improvement, portfolio management, affiliate management, and analysis of nurture-based campaigns.


  • Build the brand by directing the concept, design, and execution of exceptional creative across product, video, web, and graphic design projects
  • Demonstrate expertise of the market by analyzing how our brand is positioned in the market and crystallize targeted consumer insights
  • Analyze sales data and consumer insights to translate into brand plans, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategies and advertising campaigns to maximize conversion
  • Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus for programs and relationships with key Gleim Affiliates
  • Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy, including website
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues
  • Brainstorm new innovative growth strategies
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
  • Represent the brand through attendance of industry events
  • Develop and execute integrated product launch plans
  • Communicate with content and editors to ensure product is meeting customers desires and expectations
  • Recruiting and managing logistics and relationships with subject matter experts
  • Coordinating focus groups for product development and marketing initiatives


  • BS/BA in Marketing or related field
  • Accounting certifications or background in Accounting not required but a plus
  • 3-5 years of brand/product management experience in a consumer-facing role, preferably in consumer services industries. Experience in online education and/or the accounting field a plus
  • Experience in digital, eCommerce, and affiliate channels
  • Experience working with Marketing Automation systems to identify target audiences and devise campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Advanced collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills needed
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Critical thinking skills and a practical approach to business solutions
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets
  • This position requires roughly 10% travel domestically
